as the title suggests. Im trying to find the best map for air defence kills. Ive tried a few but to no success. Im aiming for 11, for the ribbon.

Oilfields... never ignore a heli even if he gets out of your sights... I got my ribbon (19 kills) with two lucky heli drop-downs after they were already out of site (behind a heli)... that's my tip for you.

Get into the US AA vehicle on Daquing Oilfields and kill 11 enemy trooper in a round. You get the AA ribbon.

You can't direct hit them. You need to hit the ground in the right direction and most of the time you are out of luck.
Kubra Dam is very nice for that also. I got my ribbon there with about 15 kills. Play as MEC, take the AA Vec at die upper base beside the dam (can't remember the name right now) and drive down the road heading to the bridge. From time to time there coming full Black Hawks... booom... 4 kills at once... have fun!
And never forget: Wait until they dropped there flares, after you have aimed them and fire all missiles at once if you have the lock back from the flares on the chopper...

Any map where's AA vehicle and small distances from flag to flag (Dalian Plant is maybe one of the bests and FuShe and Zatar is also good ones). Shoot infantry on battlefield with AA vehicle and you'll get it (it's much harder to get it if you try drop choppers or/and jets with stinger/igla or with AA vehicle)
Ghost town definately, u cant move anywhere with out being shot down, perfect map
I got both AA badge and ribbon on Daqing Oilfields
anymap is fine if ur aiming for the ribbon, just be commander, stay in AA and call for arty and it will count towards ur kills for AA. or just get into the AA vehicles

u have anti-air guns in an aa vehicle dont use the aa rockets use the aa guns. shoot ppl on the ground. its easy.morbesso666 wrote:

it was cheap and more accidently then willing. As USMC commander on the USS-ESSEX in AA. Shooting one plane and an Mi28 down. After some arty-strikes on the beach bases I got my ribbon and badge.

wait till u go for expert knife.... it's a pain in the ass. ive been trying for 2 straight days i even had one round with 17 knife kills. it sucks.
