If I skip Master Sergeant rank.

I've met all First Sergeant requirements of badge, so I'll skip Master Sergeant.
But Master Sergeant has an unlock in UBAR. First Sergeant don't.
Would I receive First Sergeant's unlock?

You will get the unlock

You will get it dont worry. Even if you jump to First Sergeant you still get it, its just a higher rank in the same promotion position as Master Sergeant with the unlock.
