Ok im a newb with exsplosives as i always get say 3 enemy dudes and 2 friendlys and when i lay mines my own fucking dum arse team run over them and punish me!!! and it also happens with claymore they run rite infront of it and punish the fucking idiots!!! so whats a good map to get my basic exsplosives badge and how should i go about it?

Anyway, go karkand and on the heat time at the beginning just throw C4's at your enemies.
Go to a full 64 players server, don't start in the middle, make it from a beginning of a round.
