If you are talking about a different forums, then you would need to probably mod it, and the mod depends upon the forum software you are using.  If this is the case, what's your forum software?

You are using IP.Board ... you can go on their forums and search (or ask) for a mod that would allow you to embed YouTube videos:

Or, you could switch your forums to one that supports the embeds.  I know phpbb and punbb have embed mods.

IP Board supports embedding, PM Entertayner or liquidat0R - they should be able to answer you how
