Need to get rid of man boobies and my stomach gut. Any ideas like sit ups, crunches, what to eat, etc and how many times/time a day working out. Thx
Start to run every day.
First 1 to 2 km per day and after ~Month move to 5km etc.
Running is the best way to lose weight IMO

Eat better and exersise more. sit ups apparently don't work to reduce stomach, it just builds muscles underneath the gut. dieting and exersise is the best way that I know of.
Depends on your will power. Exercising and changing your eating habits is much easier said than done.
Stop eating fast food completely, no bending the rules there. Stop eating donuts, candy, etc. etc. (Junk food). Start off running a mile or two a day... maximum you can handle, and slowly increase the distance weekly. Situps and crunches will work wonders if you do enough of them a day. I would personally suggest doing as many as you can in the morning and when you come home from work. Push-ups as well. Just do a quick google search and you'll be able to find various ways to do these two exercises that will maximize the parts of the body you are concerned about. You can also go to any local gym and talk to a nutritionist and they can put you on the right path about what you should start buying (Food wise), and what/how much you should start eating. Hell, you could probably google that too. And if you have access to a pool, then forget running and start swimming laps every day. Swimming is the best overall exercise next to running... in my opinion.

Beer. lots of it. O no wait that gives you a big belly Just means next year ive got some fat to convert to muscle
Dont drink lots of soda/beer. If you have to make sure to drink diet/light and only in small amounts. All soda is is sugar, and that is what gets a lot of people when it comes to weight loss.
