I rebooted my computer and right as my computer loaded up, explorer.exe didnt. I tried to use CTRL+ALT+DEL to create the explorer.exe process again manually, but it wont load it tries and it flickered then failed. I am using the browser from creating a new task from Task Manager, i really need help i dont wanna reinstall windows.
P.S. i dont have an anti-virus installed, but i havnt gone to any sites where i believe i could have gotten something. I recently downloaded southpark season 10 over torrent.
