I know this should be in complain, but im sure you feel my pain. I am just sick of gernade launchers, right when you turn that corner BAM!!! your done like that, instantly, not even a chance. Yes i have a lot of kills with the launcher, but on light jeeps. I am just sick of it . And i know that a lot of you have the same problem. EA should have just made it a little less powerful. (plz, Dont Flame)Just type your thoughts

Yea, my friends and I ALL use the GL for taking out jeeps or entire squads capping a flag. I have never and will never use a GL as a one on one weapon. Personally I think the skill level in using one is so low that it is just plain no fun to me and that is represented in my assault kit time. I just have no respect for a player that is within 2 feet behind me (I don't even see him) and he GL's me rather than shoot me with a bullet or use a vet move like a knife to my spine. The problem is just like terrorists they feel they are justified in in every move they make and we are the morons thus they will continue the use of GL's in this mannor and there is no speaking reason to them. They get insta-kills with their eyes closed while guys like you and me are running around with knives in our hands. Unfortunately like the teamwork aspect of BF2 we will see more skill fade as people find it easier to run solo and use atomic bombs to play rather than squad up and fight as a team to bring home 100+ points a round. Hopeflly they will figure out that shooting a gun is a bit more fun and challenging.

the grenade launchers is a grenade launcher it kills people! just like all the other guns...but in a way we think its cheap,

The grenade launcher is for indirect fire support. Used in that role, it's a great weapon for wounding and/or killing a bunch of people trying to cap a flag. What's not dead after a grenade will be when you shoot what's left of them.

If you can do it in the game, go for it.

I don't bunny hop or dolphin dive, but I will use the grenade launcher from time to time. It's so much fun to use a grenade or grenade launcher on dolphin divers and bunny hoppers.

All of you GL defenders are whining just as much. If you can't see that this is a cheap trick, and an exploit of an EA/Dice screw-up, then just go GL happy while you can.

I don't plan on playing as much until this patch comes out. It's unbelievable how many times I've been killed by this GL just in the past week.

Krappyappy- It happens to me a lot, you don't see the guy, but he will GL you(rather than knifing you, or even shooting you with bullets) in the back when he is 2 feet from you. You can see how close they were when you die and you're looking up from your dead body view.

usmarine2005- You say you carried one of these GLs. So you should know that you don't run around corners and blast people's heads off when they're two feet away. Because there IS an detonation distance, correct? and even if there wasn't, if you shot somebody that close with an explosive such as the M203, you would die(or be critically wounded) along with the guy you blasted. And I'm sure you didn't run around with your finger on the M203 trigger, you most likely used your main gun more.

Of course, it's a game. You would not jump off a building/run up to a tank with C4/ run after somebody with a knife. But that type of stuff is just fun because you know you would never attempt it in Real Life. BUT there are some things that just ruin the fun of the game such as the GL. You gotta admit, that if you constantly get raped by the effing M203/GP-30 (especially the same guy over and over) You start to see it's not so much fun.
