edit: For those trying to get it legit, I found it VERY helpful to sneak into their control point and then grab the MG and gun down as many guys as possible. This is VERY effective in Market and in Train Accident; although it does depend a bit on the other guys not being crack shots with their guns

I went over on purpose cus I knew Id never get instant promo on a saturday, left for a bit to give it time to update then wondered around for a bit tryin to get a good/funny kill
