i am typing this from a virtual keyboard. my keyboard died early this morning. so i plugged a new one. but it still doesn't work (ps2). does this mean my ps2 port is broken?

I think there are USB to PS2 convertors out there, not sure tho.

You could also pick up a new keyboard for less than £10 than has a USB port.

Edit: I got my keyboard for £7 from Argos. And it has an anti spillage design. (no idea what it does but it sounds kl)

Just get yourself a brand newy. You can get a USB Logitech Desktop (KB+M) here for AU$30 (12 quid).
