Either refomat, or try the following:
Download and install each of the following:
Nod32,
AVG Antispyware,
A Squared,
Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool,
Windows Defender.
Update them all.
Disconnect from the internet (pull out the plug).
Backup all your documents to a DVD or summing.
Reboot into safe mode (F8 at startup).
Leave em all runing in Safe Mode.
Reboot into Safe Mode again.
Run HiJackThis.
Post the log on a secuirty forum.
