OP: Your emotions are obviously tied to physical attraction. You can't trust her, but if you feel like being a good guy, you can try to help her out of the mess she got herself into (without being entangled yourself). Does she have any family who knows about all this and/or cares? Is she still on drugs? There are places you can direct her.

Here's your advice:
- There's no way you guys can have a normal relationship as friends. It just doesn't work. Admit that you are sticking around because you still want to be with her. This "friends" talk is an excuse.
- Don't confuse lust (hormonal driven desire for someone) to love which is based on mutual respect, trust and friendship (along with the physical attraction).
- Her actions to date don't indicate that she's worth investing in a relationship. What future could you have with a girl that cheats on you and has such good judgment that she gets into drugs, sluttish acts and scumbag boyfriends? Answer = none
- This relationship will never die on its own because you'll still be holding on to hope and your hormones and she'll know she's got a sucker who will be there for her. Either kill it (break all contact) and move on or be prepared for a never-ending soap opera.
- You're young. Plenty of fish in the sea. Move on.
