Possibly spelt it wrong however ive got the navy cross and now want to get the mec medal and i played karland to get navy cross as USMC tend to win as they have the advantage on the map and i wondered if you guys could advise what map i can play to get my wins and hours in with MEC for the schimtar medal.

Every map with a MIG29 or a SU34 is a good time and some wins with the MEC for me...
Depends on your flying skillz.

i suggest sharqi if you are a good pilot you can camp at tv station, if you are bad pilot go take the tv station and defend it so mi-28 can genocide the whole usmc team with its freakish turret meantime you get the wins.

Get into the damn Blackhawk in Mashtuur as Engineer, man the Minigun.
If there are more than 3 people on the BH then be a support or medic, shoot down enemies with minigun and exit the heli at every flag you land at.
I made 107 without even manning the minigun once!!!
I just kept resupplying people and capturing flag.
Now try to switch to MEC.
It worked for me on Kubra Dam.
I went capturing all the flags, got to 106 and then tried switching to MEC...
I couldn't, ask somebody to change team, and woohoo I'm MEC now!

Hmm my highest MEC score is like 199 and I got it in Karkand and we won. Good MEC team can own anyday in Karkand, Oman, Shar etc. People get the  Navy Cross First cause US is in every map not casue maps are unbalanced. That situation arises due to unblanced team skills and knowledge of the map. Want your Golden sword.. hang with me.. I am getting close.

To win in life you must make the right decisions. It is no different in Bf2.
