This is off of the crysis-online website and while you can play on DX9 servers you would have to switch to DX9 therefore you would both be running DX9 thus loosing all the detail and features of DX10, Anyway my original point was that there are going to be 2 types of servers which you thought there wasn’t going to be.

Until I actually see it on the official EA site, I'm gonna take it witha pinch of salt. Even if it does this, most people who buy Crysis and play it daily online will have the DX10 cards, so there wont be a shortage of people playing it.
