I need to know how i can make my net really slow for another computer that is networked to the router, or just make it really slow for every one.

Is there a site that can use up all my bandwidth?

Download Net Limiter, it lets you but a bandwidth cap on everything on your network.

Don't be passive agressive with a bunch of girls, tell them that your ISP have a fair usage policy and that limewire in the daytime will get your network limited to dial up speeds during the day if they don't limit it.

If that fails, block them from the network till they get the message.

You might checkout the QoS settings on the router.

go into your router settings and block their IP ranges. I'll assume they don't have the technical know-how to unblock themselves, and they'll be unwilling to get a tech guy in to do it for them so you win.

lol, i had the same idea. Problem is, my Folks also use the PC and if its not working i get hailed to fix it....

Some times i wish i had no interest in computers...
