Pretty much what the title says.  I just upgraded to Vista Ultimate, and have spent the past few days just workin out all the bugs and really moreso figuring out how to use vista.  Ventrilo works fine when i am not in game, but no one can hear me once i am.  I can hear everyone else talking but they cannot hear me.  Can someone help me please?

You need to set both Battlefield 2, and Vent, to run in compatibility mode for XP SP2, and to run in Administrator Mode.

(both done by right clicking on the short cut, and going to compatibility)

I had this problem with TS, and took ages to work out

But because you have the problem with 2142, set it to run in Adm. Mode (and Vent too, obviously).

yea see...i run bf2142 not in compatibility mode because i was having problems with it not recognizing my disk...and by doin so and not running it in compatibility....it recognized it.

i will run vent in compatibility and in admin though...i honestly never thought of trying that which is pretty stupid of me.  I will let you guys know if it worked...thanks again.
