ya i was just wondering how it works to get them on the list cause iv killed the same guy for the past week like 5 times a game and he hasn't killed me yet and it hasn't showed up on my more victims

yes i did and i searched through 5-10 pages and still didn't find anything on it. and im sry if idk how to use this site to the fullest just trying to get an answer don't see whats so hard about that?

you need to kill that person more time without him killing you then his current worst enemy/more enemies.
example:
you look at someone stats, it says:
Worst Enemy: John Bubbo (8),
now you play againt Bubbo, and you killed him 9 times without him killing you in that round you get, Fav Victim: Bubbo (9) or More Victims: Bubbo (9)
and it says : Worst Enemy: whiteninja3 (9) at his stats..
sometimes there are bugs but that normal these days with EA stats feed.
example:
