I did this on an Australian server averaging a ping of 652.
It's a close call but surgeon_bond wins the internet.

Ooooooh flash bangs. Watching everyone get so whiny about not being able to see during their important padding keeps me laughing for a while. Not to mention that if you're careful, nobody will know that it's you, and if you spam "<insert name of player>, stop with the flash bangs" a couple of times then, 95% of the time it results in that person being kicked/banned.
You'd have to be careful yourself, a semi intelligent admin will look at what kit they are. If you say Surgeon_Bond is throwing flash's and he's Sniper as usual then you'll just get kicked yourself.BeerzGod wrote:
