Just as the title says. Not too much slower, but on occasions i get bad FPS even in CSS. Its a pretty good computer, had it for awhile now and it feels like is getting a bit slower of the times. Whats some tips I can do to get it running back up to speed other then a format?

Jup, defrag and maybe download a regestry mechanic. It gave me a boost too.

A Derfag definitely needs to come and look at your PC....
Try downloading and running C Cleaner as well (or c claener if we are carrying on like this topic has progressed)

Clean your Page swap file too...thats the badger causing the slowdowns!! ......

set your def rag up, say once weekly ...

and get rid off all the virus, spyware, and random crap too.
Kill all unnecessary background programs, ... latest drivers, defrag, and eat a sandwich as all those things take a while and you might get hungry.
