Recently my machine has just randomly restarted itself. Even when it is put into sleep mode, when I wake it back up, it has restarted (WTH?). A couple of times, it has come up with this message:
So, 2 questions.
1. What is going on!? What is the rebooting for? Any suggestions on how to find out? The previous error message has occured twice now, and I really don't want to see it again.
2. How do I fix it?

I use Avast! and have run several thorough checks on my system. The funny thing is, usually the system reboots in the middle of the check as well. I am just now using McAffee to run a check, I will post the results.Windows wrote:
