try assigning that type of video to itunes and then running it. it'll be copied to the relevant folder, and then sync with yuor IPod. I assume you DO use ITunes for your music?

If you are using itunes, do this:

1- Make sure the video is in Mpeg-4. It should be if you used an Ipod converter.
2- Open up itunes.
3- Click File at the top in itunes, scroll down to Add file to library
4- Locate the video (Through the box that opened when you clicked Add file to library
5- Double-click the video
6- It should now be added to your library.

You can find your videos by clicking 'Movies' in itunes. It's underneath 'Music'.

Also, there may be another type of video compatible.. H264 I think it's called. If you have that, just follow the same steps. Any other type of video file won't work as far as I know.

hmm, so any other formats will give an error when added to the library? Edit: It says i cant add file to library when i try to add the video.

Yeah, also make sure you have an up-to-date version of itunes. Older version didn't support video. Is there a particular message that comes up when you try to add? Or just it just say it can't be done?
