Summer is here (in some parts of the world), so where are you all going on holiday?

I am not going away this summer because i went away to New York in February. Although i am currently planning a holiday for next summer to Florida, as the girlfriend wants to go to all the Parks that are there.

Anyone else been to florida and the parks? Any recomendations? Warnings? Advice?

Anyone living in Florida who knows when the best weather is?

been to Orlando, cool place in general.  I would say stay away from Epcot, not really much exciting there that you couldn't experience any where else.  I would say a must is the Space Center.  That is one place that is just amazing all in itself.  And get ready for humidity up the ass and a lot of bugs, especially in the hot summers there.

it thunderstorms pretty much every afternoon down there. But Disney World is a lot of fun, at any age. If you are going to go there, take a couple days to spend there(in Disney world) because there is a ton of stuff to see/do.

the storms last about 20 minutes, it just rains very often in the afternoon.

I live in Melbourne, Florida and they're right about the thunderstorms.  Disney is awesome and I recommend the water parks because they're the most fun IMO.  I'm going to one next week lol.  Even though I'm less than a half hour away from the Space Center, I've never toured it for some reason, so I'll have to do that soon.  Stay close to the coastline for bearable temperatures because the ocean breeze cools us down.

What's PBG?  If you mean St. Petersburg, I think it takes like 5 hours to get over there because there aren't many direct routes from Melbourne.  You gotta go past lots of busy traffic areas too.
