Battle recorder = The server records a video of the match
Battle Commo = (I may be wrong here) is the use of the VOIP feature, in-game
Same Mod = Finds servers running the same mod as you are (if you are running a mod)

battle recorder, search the forums and check the wiki for exactly how to use it.
If you play a round with BR, you have to then go into the community tab in BF-HQ and select it for downloading.
They don't remain available forever.
