Hey guys hes my background.

Had a laptop and kept getting connection errors consistantly. Found the problem about 1 month ago and have been gaming lag free. now last few days every say 4 mins i my FPS will just drop from around 70-80 FPS down to aroound 10-20 making any game un playable. Anyone know how i can resolve this :S

installed/changed stuff recently?
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot  xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

i dnt think ive done anything really apart from install some shitty mmorpg. um i had fraps running but i wasnt recording

The first thing to do would be to hit ctrl+alt+del and see what process are running, see if there is anything wrong there
