- Auto ready - please help me find the definition
Auto Ready: If ticked, you will always automatically be ready to begin playing at the start of a round. On servers where all players have to indicate they are ready before a game begins, having this option unticked could result in delays, so keep it ticked. Most servers don't need or use Auto Ready as there is no pre-round wait.
In otherwords. When you don't have it ticked then you have to press the "Join game" button to join the game. Basically that's the only function that changes.

I have yet to see a server with the 'all-players-must-be-ready' function turned on.kilroy0097 wrote:

It might be a function that is only turned on during tournament play to ensure even balance on both sides. This way faster computers don't tip the balance on game start?beeng wrote:

I have it ticked and I still need to click Join game or press escape... 20% of the times it doesn't react and I should push Esc 50 times untill the mouse indicator is gone and the game is working to start the spawn screen... on the other 60% I just press Esc, the mouse indicator is gone and the game is working to get to the spawn screen.kilroy0097 wrote:
