Can someone explain surface a little? The video won't play more than 2-second-parts on my connection -.-
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

Its basically a coffee table which is a touch screen monitor for a PC .....

'cept a bit more advanced.....

It recognises electronic devices connected to it, such as a laptop, phone etc, and just pressing and dragging items from the "desktop", to the phone will transfer it to the phone.

I loooooove the Photosynth idea. Here is a presentation of it and something called "Seedragon". Its an amazing browser that could revolutionize reading of books and newspapers and even Internet browsing.
