Im well aware of my problem, this doesnt happen all the time. Some days i couldnt care less and im quite happy to just laugh it off thru the round.
You need to remember this is a game, You do not ever scream or yell or lose your temper at a fucking screen. If you die, just drink beer.
Solution- grab a PKM and go nuts on all the snipers on your team. Relieves stress very nicely.
Disconnect, ravish your girlfriend for a good 30 minutes, then reconnect.
Same here. I had 5 knife kills i was 2 away from my badge and i crash to desktop! Fuck damnit!
Hm. Try taking a break for a few weeks before coming back to it. That worked for my anger issue.
Mostly. I still get pissy about complete bullshit kills (snipers, jets, friendly arty), but my ergonomic mousemat now stops me damaging anything.
It's even loose on the back so it goes BAM when I punch it.

Play a FUN secondary multiplayer FPS like Star Wars Battle Front 2. That Game is Fun! You can join in game in under 30 seconds and be on your way too
SWBF2= FUN, FUN, FUN , I actually like flying in the air to my death
Battlefied 2 = quite addictive and fun (but not as fun as SWBF2)
COD= not as much fun
AA=Definately not much fun
I wouldn't recommend a NON FPS, dunno why but I don't think it will work in your case.

I can get pretty pissed in RTS games, especially in Starcraft when people would be your ally, then randomly become your enemy and kill you. But they are less directly annoying as things are not so fast paced.SergeantLister wrote:

Only time I get pissed is when there are like 4 medics around you and when you die not one of them even comes and revive you, thats all I really get pissed at, and if my team suckzors.
Play something like Crash Bandicoot, its silly but still playable, relaxes me any time.
