Another question on Ingame Commands.

Sorry my last topic was closed and I was able to set my self up as In game admin through BF2CC and it all works great now. However I was wondering if you could use !k (PLAYERID) Asking wayyy to many Questions, instead of !k BootsJD Asking Way tomany questions. I know Its just as easy typing the name but some names are just impossible to type w/o getting the Spelling down.

Also When I typed !help I got the message where it says you have to put "." Before the players ID how wver when I was testing a Warn on my self I Tabbed when to Manage Seen BootsJD - 8 So I typed !w .8 Test it says Not ERROR?

And I doing the whole Player ID Right ?

I have never tried by PID, the name is the easiest way. You just need the first three letters(minus clan tags) or part of their name if you have multiple with similar names. example my in game name id {BH} CombatRsq, !K Com (reason), or you could use mbat, batrsq then the reason. There is also a way to customize you in game command thru the r-con so you have a one or two letter command like FC= flying commnader, BR= Base rape. the person would see the reason spelled out plus any other info you have attached to that reason.

Admin Commands

These commands are used by server administrators.

admin.listPlayers - Lists the players connected to the server, showing their name, ID number and IP number.

admin.runNextLevel - Forces the server to end the round and start the next map in the map list.

admin.currentLevel - Shows the map list ID number for the current map being played.

admin.nextLevel - Shows the map list ID number for the next map to be played.

admin.restartMap - Restarts the current map.

admin.banPlayer [player ID number] [timeout] - Enter the player ID number you want to ban. Bans the player from the server by using their IP address. The timeout value controls the length of the ban e.g. perm for permanent ban, round to ban them for the rest of the round, and 180 is 180 seconds (3 minutes).

admin.banPlayerKey [player ID number] [timeout] - Enter the player ID you want to ban. Bans the player from the server by using their CD key hash.

admin.addAddressToBanList [IP address] [timeout] - Enter the IP number you want to ban.

admin.addKeyToBanList [CD key hash] [timeout] - Enter the CD key hash you want to ban.

admin.removeAddressFromBanList [IP address] - Enter the IP address to remove from the ban list.

admin.removeKeyFromBanList [CD key hash] - Enter the CD key hash you want to remove from the ban list.

admin.clearBanList - Clears all ban lists.

admin.listBannedAddresses - Displays a list of the currently banned IP addresses.

admin.listBannedKeys - Displays a list of the currently banned CD keys.

admin.kickPlayer [player ID number] - Enter the ID number of the player you want to kick.

ther is an easier way with bf2cc. you go into r-con and set the in game commands
Then you type !w, !k , !b and the name & reason
it makes admining much easier.

isnt r-con just a type of connection to a server through bf2cc ?

i have got my hash set up for ingame commands and its easy tbh
