What browser are you using mostly.

For me it's Opera on my #1 rig, but Mozilla on my Ubuntu rig I use for chatting.

Good things in the browsers:

Opera: Built-in IRC client and torrent downloader, widgets, It is very light on RAM, works on Linux.

FF: Add-ons, built-in add-on & update downloader/installer, plenty of skins & stuff, works on Linux.

IE: nothing.

Epiphany: A light browser that works on Linux.

i personally love opera, i like all the little widgets you can get for it and its transfer tab which firefox doesn't have.
i used firefox all the time on my old comp but this new kick arse one crashes when i use it for some reason, it also freezes up when playing embedded video's tis odd.

i love opera.

I use ff, wish I.e. would fall off the fucking planet as it causes me so many headaches. And I dont even use it! I dl'ed opera a few weeks ago but it seems to be a little laggy on my pc. So FF it is!

but seriously, microsoft. Learn what standards are, then follow them. Im sick of making a site that works in FF & opera but IE requires me to tear my fracking hair out in ie because it breaks the page.

god forbid I have to update my website anytime soon...IE accounts for so many of the hits, but thankfully it seems FF is gaining some market-share.

I have FF both home and work...
...both have pros and cons
...and FF2 and IE7 are the closest ever - dont have much trouble supporting both unlike the old days of IE and Netscape

I'm also seeing Firefox in popular culture too now, TV1 (cable channel in Australia) has a 'go to our website' ad, and you can see Open New Tab next to the Address Bar.

... I have a HDTV, alright.

I was using Internet Explorer for the longest time. I really liked IE6 and had tried FF before and didn't like it. But then IE7 came out and it was just too big a rip off of FireFox so I just went and downloaded FF and it's grown on me and I like it now.

And IE is not that bad at all. If you're not a complete moron when it comes to computers (read: mac user) then your computer won't get all infested with spyware and adware just because you use IE. All my friends would heckle me because of my use of IE, but they're ignorant and have no idea what a spyware blocker or adware blocker is... plus they probably look at porn way too much and didn't know of any safe sites to go to.
