Does anyone know how to get special characters in your tag on log in?

I was playing around with the keys all i get is either nothing or a ?

I seen a few people with them lately and i cant figure it out. Got any clues ¿

what i mean by special characters : ¿®ÇØÕÑð

Just things like that.

Yea. Global.con file. I had to do it to add {} lol. On this topic, anyone have a site that has all those special characters (If I may ask). I have some...but I see people on xfire with guns and stuff....
