Give it time, and the Middle East will be New Africa. Oil will go, and there will be no money in it. People will be poorer if not dead from starvation. The fight is in the Northern Hemisphere. IMHO, Israel wins out of Arab nations, it has aid of US. Therefore can live longer than un-aided Arab countries will people blowing themselves up. Alaska is screwed, South Korea and Taiwan are taken, so US pulls out of Iraq etc, and sends them to fight the Chinese & Russians. Since Israel are crazy and has backing of US, assume has nuclear arsenal. If there are crazy leaders, then this shit goes nuclear, but US & allies dont want, neither do Russia etc. Its kinda like C&C, where the third world countries are now under NOD rule, and thats the only way where people can live: fighting one another in a pointless war. Asia is still there, and possibly fought over for minerals and supplies. Australia constantly fought over for uranium to increase arsenal potential (if they want, or its the situation where if they want it, then we want it too). South America taken by movement from Africa, as Russian/Chinese/Korean forces use it for supplies (oil) and a military stronghold. US, Canada (maybe) and EU are only safe-ish places on the planet. All other zones are rendered too hostile by US and allies. Soviets/Chinese/Koreans are bragging about attacks, and use it for propaganda. After invasion of Axis powers, Poland, East Europe, Asia, Mexican border and coastal regions are always fought over. Axis take control, and the world is under Russian/Chinese/Korean/Terrorist (maybe) rule. The world is fucked.

Middle East is still fucked, with no wealth, no money and starving people. Sovs go in, try to recruit, some successful, some not. US holds back Alaska, and South East Asia is protected by increased US presence in the area. South Korea fucked, and US pulls out to Wake/Midway. EU sends forces to Africa, and struggles to hold. Surprise attack on Australia by China, and captures key uranium and ore deposits. US sends troops to South America, where an invasion is held off. Cuba gets anally raped. EU has stronger presence in Middle East, and sends back Soviets and Chinese. Korea tries to rape Taiwan, but US pwns Korea. China has a go, and captures half of the island. US then goes offense, and blows China to the sea. Australia and New Zealand SAS forces take out some key Chinese targets, and China then increases numbers. US uses air power to rape them, then China retreats. Soviets send China stuff, and increases defense of mainland. US and EU controls their own land, Middle East, Africa, some of Asia and South America. Russia, China and Korea increase defense of mainlands. US then launches offense from Alaska, capturing key Russian oil fields. EU attacks, and is on a stalemate with Russia and China. US sends supplies, and with increased power, force back the axis powers. US captures Korean peninsula, but with considerable losses. Russia sends forces to force them to the sea, and Korea is again split. EU and US then push forward, capturing Moscow with incredible force. With this, Russia is then morally disintergrated, and send forces to help hold China. China gets raped, and we capture Beijing. US and EU now control Russia and China, and Korea is anally fucked, so Korea = dead. China becomes New California, and Russia becomes New France.
Fortunately there are no nukes involved.
