everyone knows amd mobo's support intel celeron d processors and 12gigs of ddr ram

Good system Taynah. You don't need 4 gigs right away, you can stick with 2 gigs for now. They'll do you good.

Save the money for the GFX card

That system will last you a few years, and you can keep updating.
