Some more tips:
- Be Squad Leader and pray for a commander who really support his team. This means: Call for UAV via 2D map and place it like you and the others need it. Ex: Don't center it on one flag when it's range can reveal three flag zones (on city maps). And call support not only for you, call a supply drop for the tank which is already smoking and need a drop also.
- There's hardly a chance to win when your commander is only in the battle and don't see the whole situation. Worst: Flying commanders.
- When using frag machines like tanks, APCs or other mass killers: Support the infanterists when they cap flags. They turn the flag and you watch out for enemies (not that fix rule, but often a good advise). AND: Don't rush into enemy territory, expecially not alone.
- Support mentioned killing machines. A tank driver will do a better job when he knows that his ass and sides are surveyed by you (no C4 or AT fear
).
- Two vehicles with engineers live four times longer than lone wolves
- Flag work is sometimes more important than killing three guys who are hiding on a lone rooftop. Have an eye on the ticket loss.
- Hovering choppers low over ground beg at all tanks and ATs to get shooten (T-90 against Blackhawk - A lot of fun on Mashtuur
). The M95 is also a nice tool to stop flag capping pilots.
- Don't underestimate AA Tripods and against choppers. One vehicle kill can mean up to SIX kills
. And there is no need to stay in - Shoot twice and search for a hideout when he knows your position, shoot again when takes the turn. See my stats
