If you are going to Disney World I would go to Epcot if I were you.
First thing you should do when you get there is get a "Fast Pass" to Soarin' (A kick ass ride you won't ever forget, make sure you ask the person that is working there to get you in on row #1. Row #2-3 suck, if you have to wait for #1 then do it. It's worth it I promise!)
Then walk on over to "Test Track" and "Mission Space" to get another fast pass. (Their fast pass I their way of not making you wait in line forever, you put your park ticket in the machine and it spits out another ticket with a time stamp telling you when to return for the ride. its like a line placeholder, but you don't have to wait in line!)
For lunch if you like Chinese food you can walk on over to China in the world showcase, they have a awesome Chinese food restaurant with some of the best Chinese food I have ever had.
The world showcase is really neat! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epcot#World_Showcase Make sure you stay till the firework show, its most impressive!

Try the Red Lobster, if its still there.
LOL ... with Fresh Seafood so easy to find, I would stay away from Red Lobster.

Someone mentioned Downtown Disney.  It's pretty cool.  Not part of the theme park so it doesn't involve passes/park hoppers and such.

I think in the Downtown Disney area they have a large Lego Factory store with lots of HUGE ( 5'-15' tall ) Lego people, dragons, aliens and flying saucers around.  It was pretty cool.

since your going to orlando, one must assume your going to Disney.  By far one of the greatest places to be.......other than a bf2 server.  but anyway, if your looking for food, hands down check out epcot.  the wife and i are going down during the food and wine festival during the fall and i can't wait.  if your new to disney, epcot has everything your looking for in food.  germany - china.  pricey for the most part, but hey, its disney world. for  a cheap stay on disney, nothings cheaper than the all-stars resort.  go grab your beer/alcohol in town and head back to the pool at the resort.  god damn i can't wait to go back.  and i'm a 28-year old father of one!  nothing brings out the kid in you like Disney world.

Yeah I am 25 and when my girlfriend first suggested it I thought I would be too old. But from all the people I have spoken to, older people, they all say that it is so much fun.

Looking forward to Epcot even though the g/f was not wanting to go there for some reason.

Anyone been to Tony Roma's famous for ribs? Been told that that is a good place for food.

Who is Encoded?  By beckoning me you have awakened me from a year's slumber on the bf2s forum.  I even had to get a new password cause i forgot it.  Arite i live in Orlando, so thats why tthf my s'pore bro, said my name.  So lemme see if i can help a little even though people have said alot of good stuff to do already.

Places to Go.

1. Disney world - just to see mickey and his bitch
2.Epcot - for the food exhibition and sites
3. Islands of Adventure - for the best rides (my favorite actually)
4. Animal kingdom - pretty much a huge ass zoo, can go on a "safari"
5. If you can drive around - Cocoa Beach - 45 min away, just to chill with your cheeky gf, hehe. can also check out Ron Jon surf shop for kicks.
6. Busch Gardens - In tampa, like 45min - 1 hour drive..more killer rides.
7. It's hot as fuck here, so plan on a waterpark maybe, typhoon lagoon, blizzard beach, wet n wild. first 2 are better.
8. Oh rite, more disney shit...citywalk, etc etc. hard rock cafe is there, espn lounge is there , pretty cool place to chill and eat.
9. Downtown Orlando - you and your chick wanna get your swerve on - go to a club or bar on church street.  If you have ever seen the show "girls of maaco's" on mtv, thats downtown, bitches are crazy.
10. Orlando Science Center - which is downtown - sweet ass place, they have the exhibit "Our Body" A MUST SEE. its where they took real people (chinese) and skinned them and just show you actual body parts individually and how it is connected to the body. crazy stuff.
11. On I-drive lots of putt putt golf  places, ripley's believe it or not museum thing. the whole building is hella slanted. pretty cool.
12. Lake Eola - downtown - nice place to chill with the gf and feed those mean ass swans, but they are so pretty! damn im a fag.
13. Orlando Watersports Complex - if you want to learn how to wakeboard,...

Places to eat.

1. red lobster LOL
2. Houlihans does have good ribs
3. Bahama breeze, i recommend the tilapia man, so awesome. good seafood, and porkchops. everything's good.
4. Orlando Ale House, never been there yet, but i think they make their own beer.
5. regular joints like Friday's , Carabbas, Outback Steakhouse (blooming onion), Olive Garden (italian), all good places.

And lastly dont be afraid to experiment with things you havent heard about, thats where the fun comes in.  Have a good trip man, dont forget to relax.
stay frosty,
