I downloaded a mappack today that lets me play singleplayer on ALL maps and ALL sizes. I put it into the mods/level folder and everything was great but now I can't play normal, ranked games online because it says I can't have "moddified content". What do I do? Do I have to reinstall the game? Is there a way to have both or do I just have to give up the mappack?

Sounds like you probably had to overwrite some stuff when you copied it into the folder? If you didn't back up I would think you would have to re-install.
You MIGHT be able to back up the BF2 folder in the /mod directory, install the mod you want then rename the folder for it something else (say BF2SP) and then launch it like you would any other mod?
That way in the mod directory you would have the regular BF2 folder, and a BF2SP folder with the single player mod. Then copy the BF2 shortcut and add +modPath mods/BF2SP and use that one when you want to play the mod.

It says that when i try and play Armoured Fury, but i don't really care to be honest.

Repatch. I had this problem before, repatching sorted it out.
