Punk Buster gone crazy?

Hello guys, I have a problem: I start BF2 and look for servers to play on, when i try to join some servers the server disconnect me and comes a message with writed in "You have been disconnected from Punk Buster, the reason is specified below" and below there's writed " You have been BANNED from this server by the server admin". This always happens with servers where I did never joined as from what you can see in my profile I was kicked ten times, all for high average ping or idle time exceded because I always play correctly.

Sorry for my english because I'm italian ;-)

from 45 to 70, sometimes it grows to 100 and over because my provider is not very good. i have a 4.8 Mbps ADSL connection.

download the pbsetup and let it update your punkbuster... maybe this helps

or did you use a cheat, so you got a global ban?

if you download a hack or cheat, and NOT even use it, it will be detected by PB and you will get a global ban, which means you have to buy another copy of BF2 and don't forget to DELETE all the hack files.

i never used hacks cheats or something like that, i'm onest as from what you can see in my profile my deaths are double the kills because i'm not a serial killer now, i got to learn

edit: in many servers i can join, like TV2 servers or others clan servers, so i don't think that it's a global ban

WTF? Well I didn't read the licence agreement obviously, but now you're telling me they can dictate what other software you are or aren't allowed to install on your computer? I mean I think it's good that people can't use hacks, but that's a bit over the top isn't it? Next they'll be banning people for installing other games made by publishers who don't want to deal with punkbuster (OK now I'm taking it too far aren't I).

The funny thing is, around 90% of hackers have used some excuse to this effect.
