I'm not even sure if this would require a macro or something different but can i was looking for something that could automatically refresh an internet page every second or so by itself, without the tab being selected.

Any help would be appreciated.

nawwww, even if it was once a second for a while, surely it wouldnt take up that much? I don't how much a webpage would take, but id calculate it if someone knows how to find out. Plus, if it was the same page again and again wouldnt it all be stored in the cache? or whatever the computers short term memory is (im a biologist not a it guy)?

But it works beautifully, u can custom it to any time designation you desire
