Does anyone know if the 3:1 win:loss ratio for the War College Ribbon is your command win/loss record or total win/losses?

Agreed. With 485 losses, playing in 16 slot servers the past week I've dragged my win loss ratio up almost .2.ThomasMorgan wrote:
