They're effectively the same card. The XTreme Music is a little better suited for audio production. Get the Gamer.

Both basically the same, if it was me I'd not have either and go for the one with the 64MB RAM on it, as you'll actually get some sort of performance increase with that, with those you just get slighty better sound and a dented bank balance.
