Hopefully Fatah will win. Looks a bit doubtful though, especially in Gaza. In the West Bank Fatah seem to be on top of the situation though.
Maybe because most of us dont give a rats ass?
Actually, people do care, but thanks for the mature response.
Was these peoples supporting Taliban? Was these peoples blowing themselves in coffee shops? Was these peoples screaming day by day"death to America", and burning tons of westerns flags? Did they actually do something bad? NO!!! This why it didn't work out too well for him!Bertster7 wrote:

Today we have something completely different, its called CLASH OF CIVILIZATIONS! And peoples with power can not do something about it....
So you're saying ethnic cleaning of Muslims is fine because it's supposedly justifiable?Lisik wrote:

Although around that time 'those people' were blowing people up in coffeeshops and marketplaces.
I tried to explain you what is "peoples with power are powerless" about, where the fk did you get these "ethnic cleaning" from i dont know.
From your last post.Lisik wrote:

I think my references were quite obvious. You have either completely missed the point, or are trying to justify the ethnic cleansing of the Muslim people.Lisik wrote:

People should care. Everyone seems so preoccupied with the support the US gives Israel, they seem to ignore the fact that since Israel pulled out of Gaza, look at what has happened? All the wrongs and deaths you say Israel inflicts on Palestinians, well look at what they are doing to each other.
It's still Israel's fault!usmarine2005 wrote:

Didn't take long for a crazy theory that Hamas may be funded by Israel and to have Israel's name brought into this thread even when my post topic said nothing about Israel. Palestinians killing each other comes down to this.
Palestinians who have a brain are fighting a legitimate cause but trying to do it through diplomacy, Abbas and Fatah. Sometimes elements in Fatah get out of hand but at least they are trying and I respect that. On the other hand, an Islamic group that IS a terrorist group hell bent on destroying Israel and controlling areas in the name of radical Islam is killing and murdering in the name of Islam and guess who they are killing....their own people, even attacking anti-war demonstrations aimed at stopping the fighting. But somehow, Israel has been dragged into this and someone here actually questioned that Israel might be funding Hamas.......WHAT??????????????????????????
The other part of my post was about Beirut and the continued underground control Syria continues to try to hold in Beirut...talk about an occupation. If ANYONE steps up and even talks smack about Syria, they immediately become a target of Syria. In the last few years, 7 assassinations have happened...ALL against anti-Syrian politicians. Beirut, its government and leaders live under a cloud of fear and occupation and how is this more acceptable than the Palestinian cause??????
What is worse is that many innocent bystanders were killed and/or injured in those attacks and many other go missing all the time. Where is the outrage and forum posts for these actions and against governments like Syria and even Hamas. Strange that it is so silent in here. I think it shows that a few people here continually drag certain countries through the mud regardless of what is happening else where and it is obvious to me that they only see through tunnel vision. If anyone thinks that these forums are balanced in anyway truly lives in a fantasy world because in my short time, I do believe that there has been a handful of topics compared to the huge amount of "You bad American" posts and the "Terrorist" nation some here call Israel. I will respect some people more when they speak about the whole picture and open up their eyes to the rest of the world that is suffering daily instead of focusing day after day on a few situations.

Or maybe, there isnt a lot to debate about the palestinians digging their own grave. WTF do you want from us? Debating the obvious?DeathBecomesYu wrote:
Let's see,
In Beirut, there was a prominent anti-Syrian lawmaker assassinated along with some of his family and body guards. this is the SEVENTH anti-Syrian lawmaker killed in the last 2 years. The bombing injured innocent bystanders as well. Hmmmm....funny no post about it here.
In Gaza, the Islamic militant group, Hamas, has attacked and killed its own people in in-fighting between Fatah and Hamas. The Islamic group also shot and killed a man participating in a non-violent, anti-war protest when Hamas fired into the crowd. If Hamas gains control of the Gaza strip, they will have pushed the issue of statehood farther into the hole and Israel may get involved if rocket attacks increase from the Gaza strip, which will likely happen....Hmmm...no posts about it here.
Gee, I wonder why no one is condemning or bringing the point of innocence being killed and warfare aimed at innocent people and killing opponents of their beliefs. Oh....I know why....because it didn't involve America. My bad......I should have realized where I was posting.

Have been deployed overseas while in the US Army.
Have had 'the natives' try to kill me off, while I was directly trying to improve their situation more than once.
(Guarding a fscking generator that was providing them with clean drinking water - and they want to take me out, so they can disassemble the generator for scrap metal.. and a couple other dissimilar incidents in other places)
Have had friendlies try to kill me off in a variety of fun and amusing ways while I was trying to 'do the right thing' for some ungrateful foreigners.
(1st CAV DIVARTY can go F*** themselves, as can 1st CAV's AH-64 pilots, as can a certain former 1st CAV UH-60 pilot that should've never been flying an EH-60)
Kuwaiti attitude after Gulf War I; "Thanks for our country back, now go the fsck away.. infidel scum"
(yeah, not all of them.. but too many)
..... don't go trying to police the world.
I don't try policing anyone. Just when I was in the Marines they,(higher ups) gave me orders and I followed them.Bertster7 wrote:
