That would be a better way, but this isn't the permanent solution for us to store Xfire information; you'll be able to add your Xfire account name in your bf2s forum profile next time Chuy updates the forums.

A listing of random Xfire names doesn't make much sense anyway, because usually when you add a person to Xfire it's because you know them from the forums or from playing together in game. We want to make people be able to connect with other players in a more meaningful way. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Why use xfire when you can just use this site , goto a leaderboard of your freinds & see who's on.
I myself am a little ticked at xfire for auto downloading a patch I allready had and messing up my bf2, had to go back in time just so I could play it again, looks to be loaded with spyware as well.
