I was in a game when suddenly my computer froze. so i restarted it and had a look to see what the problem was.
When i opened up BF2, my Account name is not displayed. All it says is "Offline". i tried to connect but it says u need to be logged into play.
So i created another account and can log in with that one. but my 160 hours of play account is not being displayed. I even tried to retrieve the account but to no avail

Can someone suggest anything that could help me?

Go to account management in game. Then recover your name. It will work then

same shit happened to me like 2 days ago

do what other guys said go to acct management and recover it

you have to set every option and stuff again

and all of your server/fav will be gone .. sad

Yeah tried retreiving my account when it happened and didnt seem to do anything. but when i started the game again and retreived the account again i got it back.

Bloody annoying though cause i just got a new computer so have just installed BF2 back onto it. and i have had to sit through the bloody help voice talking about how to do everything.

"Press mouse button one to fire"

now, since i have retrieved my account again i have to hear it all again!!! ARGH!!

can it be switched ofF?

Not that I know off,, I had the same problem when I installed BF2 again..

I'm Sergeant Major and he is telling me how to walk and get in a vehicle.
