Could be the Power Supply dying out. Could be a virus. Could be the CPU/something overheating. Could be all of that lol.

You've got a crap system and a poor PSU. The X1*** range use a lot of power. Too much RAM and too poor graphics = overkill.

350w is plenty as long as you have sufficient +12v amps and as long as it's a good brand.

Give us your CPU and video card load/idle temperatures.

Try running Memtest 86+ for a good 4 or 5 hours, and run Prime95 for 10+ hours. If you don't get any errors on those programs then you know your RAM and CPU are stable and not causing problems.

I'm betting something is overheating. Try blowing out all the heatsinks and fans out with compressed air.

PSU.  Wattage doesnt mean that it will definitely run the stuff...  If its an unbranded 350w, its unlikely it has the juice to run the new gear.

When you say old stuff...did you upgrade CPU and motherboard, what about hard drives?

If those stayed the same, then it could very well be one of those.

i just upgraded the RAM and Grachics Card

Find the brand of the PSU. Look for a sticker some where on the side of it, it should say the brand. Also look for the "DC Output" on the sticker, and look for "+12V" and then look for the amperage under it.

For the temps, download Everest (Google it) or Speedfan (Google it). A tool I find handy is called ATi Tray Tools. You can do a bunch of stuff with it, including over clocking and checking temps. The cool thing though, you can display the temperatures in-game on the bottom of your screen so you always know how hot your video card is.

To blow out the heat sinks, just go to Walmart and grab a little can of compressed air, it's only a few dollars usually. Then shut your PC off and find a pencil. Put the tip of the pencil against the CPU fan blades (WHILE IT'S OFF!) and then blow the heatsink out. The purpose of the pencil is to prevent the blades from spinning from the compressed air, because it can create a pretty dangerous voltage to shoot out into the motherboard. Do this method anywhere there is a fan. Don't shake the can of compressed air or hold it upside down, and if you do spray it into the air before spraying onto the PC parts, because liquid Nitrogen will come out and it could damage or crack components. Make sure you blow out the PSU as well.
