Like, everything that can be counted (ie: tanks) doesn't necessarily count (if they suck) and everything that counts (ie: nukes or elite special forces) cannot necessarily be counted (cos you only need one)

So basically he's saying that numbers don't mean anything. Well, i disagree. Numbers still count.

And what he is refering to is things like:

You can count how many cars you have but that might not make your life any happy, but you cant count how much love you have and that does count as important.

Basically this is jimmy trying to say being poor doesnt matter. Which tbh it does. You would be far happy with financial security.
