Type renderer.drawFps 1 in the console.
I have tried that command so many times, and I get a message like, invalid command or unrecognized command. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
hit the tilde key... the one above the tab key...the white screen pops up along the top of your screen... then type lowercase... renderer.drawfps 1 GL

Drop the console(~), type rend, then hit tab a couple of times. It'll fill in most of the command, and you should see three different options. Hit F, then tab a couple of more times, then type 1 and enter.(T)eflon(S)hadow wrote:

Usually when I type it out the first time, I'm retarded and forget the second ER on renderER, usually typing it in as render.statfps 1

you could get fraps.
you can always use and outside sorce like omega deivers to increse performace as well as overclocking the card, always includes constant fps data onscreen as well.
