Well hes a general but he dosnt have his veteran armor badge. How is this? It doesnt look like one of those exploited servers because his hours are normal, stats are, kills are etc.

Because you don't need the Veteran Armor Badge to be any sort of general.

According to UBAR, you need:
Awards: Veteran Knife Combat Badge, Veteran Pistol Combat Badge, Veteran Assault Combat Badge, Veteran Anti-tank Combat Badge, Veteran Sniper Combat Badge, Veteran Spec Ops Combat Badge, Veteran Support Combat Badge, Veteran Engineer Combat Badge, Veteran Medic Combat Badge

Brigadier General requires Veteran Armor. Major General requires Brigadier General. Lieutenant General requires Major General. See where I'm going?
