How do you flip the taskbar back to normal?

I'm on my dads laptop in Myrtle Beach right now, before we had left my mom accidentally moved it so the taskbar is displayed along the right side of the screen rather than underneath everything as it should be.

I figured out how to do it before but I forgot and I can't figure it out. I'll be sure to lock the taskbar this time so it doesn't happen again.

Where the minimized windows are, in a clear space. Can't do it if your bar is filled with windows.
