I've just picked up the habit of TKing squadmembers that don't listen. Gotta have some fun, somehow...

i know the feeling i never become sqleader any more because: squad mates sometimes don't make use of me as a "forward attack spawn point" ( as i intend to be) and the second reason is because whenever i am squadleader i automatically try to be a "a real team player" and not a "medic whore" and thus get lower points.
For example in my early -mid early bf2 career i would be squad leader, invite people, got a full squad, and i will hide near the undefended enemy flag or on their flank and tell my mates to attack. None! for 20 full minutes they did not spawn on me. they were scattered across the map doing different stuff. dont' get me wrong i still give them a cookie and a softdrink for joing a squad.....but damn for some maps a "forward mobily spawn point" is essential for winning plus squad members receive the benefit of less walk time to enemy thus equaling more action and fun...but no...
now i always a squad member but i just hate it when you got squad leaders who always attack heads first and die....
EDIT: i only tk in day of defeat orginial/source when mates dont' listen. especially when the machine gunner waits at first flag despite we have all 4/5 flagsl i will pull out my luger/p38 and shoot them in the head....then i get banned.

I voted for boot them.
I've been putting in a lot of SL time lately.
TBH I have no problem filling the squad (I'm an admin and usually name the squad after the server) with people who are willing to work as a team.
If someone joins that has TS and someone on the squad doesn't they'll get the boot too (with an explanation).

boot them
>>>BF3 Central<<<
Boot, If they rejoin and ask why TK them, If FF is on(Which alot of times it is) I come up with creative ways to do so.(I crash cars into them an bail right before so i dont get the punish, I make them spawn on me on a building then push them off, or my favorite is requesting a car right where they are and squishing them) But i'm not usually such a hard ass, I make a squad and let people do what they wanna do, If i ask for help or a speific kit to spawn on me i give em 2 chances then they're out.
Never seem to have that problem..
I don't give a fuck what my squad members do, cause its a game.
Normally I shout at them via Teamspeak, as my squad usually consists of people I know personally...
Any Squadleader Tk-ing members deserves to be a statpad victim.=NHB=Shadow wrote:

1st option
There isn't a "just carry on normally and not care what they do" option
there is no use for squadmembers, who do not spawn on me and support the way, my team and me are playing. if someone just joins the squad, because they get an extra spawnpoint, they can choose, when they want to - but do different things, than the rest of the squad, they get kicked out. it is just frustrating to get yourself in good position on an important flag and no one follows your order. if you are a one man show, don´t join a squad. leave the slot for someone who likes to play as a team.
I never do what my SL says. I only do it if I feel like it. Nevertheless, I dont give orders as SL anyway, becuase I just run around trying to get a kill.
noice
WHy the fuck would be using a P.38, its not COD.agent146 wrote:

Unleash Hell, but keep telling them to do it, if they don't do it, then they're stuck with me saying "Move out, attack here!" etc. If that annoys them they leave anyway so it all works out in my favor.
One thing worse than a squad not following a S/L is a S/L who doesnt run the squad. There are two many out there who are after the S/L hours who just have no clue to running a squad and go for glory themselves all the time. That annoys me more than anything else. I want a forward spawn point, I want someone one to give direction so that a CP can be capped quicker, it all goes to getting me more points.
Worst S/L is one who keeps running to the most heavily defended CP then kicks you from squad when you are capping a flag on your own. I understand that there is no team effort in solo flag capping but there is no point in needless suicide either. Honestly, its like the charge of the light brigade sometimes without the happy ending.

When I'm squad leader, about 99% of the time my squad follows orders, so I didn't really know what to put so I just put keep trying to lead them.

I just dont give a fuck if they dont listen...Their chose...for myself i just keep pwnin!
I agree, it seems like most squads I join are just retarted to begin with. However I have also been in squads that just mash shit up the whole night. Which can be great fun when everyone is on the same page, and using voice. I do my best to support my commrades whenever possible, but good squads are hard to find. The worst is when your squad leader remains at the hotel spamming nades , while the factory is being overrun. I've always thought it was cool when your following your SL to an objective, and all of a sudden dudes start spawning in. Then you become this green mass of bullets and death = good shit indeed.=NHB=Shadow wrote:

Null vote. I spam the order/verbally assasult them and tell them to listen or leave the squad.
mostly 3, but 2 if they're complete idiots.
