Before you go buying stuff, you should check the heat.
Try taking the side off your case and getting a small house fan to blow in.

Overheating, probably due to summer heats. Try get a new heatsink/fan for your graphics card.
Perfectly normal, nothing wrong here.

I had this problem, but mine was more spikey, open up your case and blow a fan into it while playing.

Clean your rig that works every year for me:
- Clean ALL fans of the dust
- replace the silver paste stuff between cpu and cooler
- check your graphic hardware, i.e. take it out the case, unmount the lid, blow off the dust inside of you grahics cooler.

Overheat...you might want to blow all the dust out of the case right now...Can also use a "Home fan" to blow air into case...could help if the cleaning of the CPU fans etc etc didnt worked.
