i got more than 19 kills and the over 15 mins in a plane and no ribbon.....all kills were made with plane not extensions of plane fire,,,can any one help plz???

Maybe you wasn't 15 min in the plane
yeah, this happened to me as well, i had twice 19 kills one day, then 22 and 23 once on another, but no ribbon showed up
and i was watching the time when flying - nearly 20 minutes...
