Does Sony have it's own version of Xbox Live Arcade? If they do I bet the majority of the 380 games are those.
380 new games.. even more of a reason for me not to buy a PS3 when XBOX 360 has more games than PS3.
why can sony ask themselves this question? " why allow more games for the Ps3, when the ps3 is selling poorly?", at $600-$800 a pop it is a high end luxury item. its going to flop like the NEO -GEO of the 1990's where that thing cost over a grand.
Microsoft is primely an american company, sony is pretty much japanesse. 90% of ps3 owners are japs , at the same token 90% of Xbox360 owners are american.... see the difference. there is more of a market of 360's in the US than Japan .
the ps3 internet features is questionable at best, even certain parts of the internet woulld just clunk out.

most of those games are like these Japanese : "Giant Golden Monkey ball 16" or whatever they have over there.

Agreed. Most of these games will be obscure Japanese games that don't make any sense whatsoever.

and no shit 360 has more games its been out a year longer
I'm a 360 fan but PS3 has potentially once they get alot of software out on the shelves thats worth buying

THe only games I would buy 4 my ps3 would be GTA IV and alan wake!
They'll never outsell the wii with a conventional console, simply because it's too much of a specialty. The wii is popular because you can sit around all night with a few friends and a crate of booze playing the various party games and getting drunk.
Although if they get guitar hero 3 and backwards-compatibility with the other ones, they have a chance.
